Tilta Camera Cage with Cooling System for Canon R5 Mark II (Base Kit)

The Tilta Full Camera Cage with Cooling System for Canon EOS R5 Mark II is a lightweight, protective cage with a built-in active cooling fan to prevent overheating during long shoots. Designed for stability and accessory mounting, it includes a silicone-grip Xeno Top Handle for improved handheld control and low-angle operation. Multiple thread options support expansion while maintaining a compact form.

Cooling System

An integrated dual-speed fan actively regulates internal camera temperature during extended use. This thermal control helps avoid overheating in demanding video shoots without relying on Canons original cooling grip, and it weighs 140 g less.

Accessory Mounting Options

Includes 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 mounting threads with locating pins, cold shoe receivers, and M3 thread support for lens adapters. This allows users to securely attach arms, monitors, mics, or transmitters.

Strong Build and Lightweight Design

The aluminium cage weighs approximately 227 g, providing a solid structure without unnecessary bulk. Soft silicone padding and multiple contact points ensure a secure fit around the camera body while protecting it from wear.

Xeno Top Handle Included

Secures via captive 1/4-20 thumbscrews. Offers multiple thread points and a cold shoe for mounting microphones or accessories. The ergonomic silicone grip provides stability and reduces hand fatigue during handheld or low-angle filming.

For Filmmakers Seeking Reliability

This cage kit solves common challenges like overheating, accessory instability, and awkward handling angles. Its suited for creators who need flexibility, performance, and protection when shooting in various environments.
